You always know what's due and when. Nothing starts without an agreement in writing.
The R2,500 covers most small business sites. A few things don't fit in it.
If your project is bigger than a standard site, I'll quote you separately and clearly before any work starts — same honest approach, just a different number.
Quoted on top of the standard build:
- Larger sites — roughly 10 pages or more
- Online shops / e-commerce and payments
- Booking systems, logins, or other advanced features
- A brand-new logo or full brand identity from scratch
- Big redesigns or extra pages added after launch
Your domain name (about R175/year for a .co.za) is bought in your name — I'll sort it out with you as part of the first payment.
